Nth Round sends messages only from verified senders. So that messages come directly from you (from your email address rather than from a generic address), please verify now. Thank you!
Group Email sends individual, personalized emails to each recipient (not cc/bcc). With your signature included (see Your Profile) recipients will sense a very personal touch. For reliability, make sure that your email address has been verified so that the Group Emails come directly from you.
Filter your cap table to select recipients, or select a custom group by checking individuals in the leftmost column of your cap table. Once selected and underway, this recipient list cannot be edited. To change the list, just exit and refilter (or re-select) recipients from your cap table. Pro Tip #1: use custom tags to create special email lists.
Copy and paste anything you like into the rich-text editor for email body. It supports inline images and various formatting choices from the toolbar. If desired, you even can add an attachment.
Nth Links are super-handy. One click automatically opens a browser and signs-in the recipient. They are great for bringing users directly into the portal, or to a specific area (e.g., Your Documents). Nth Links are individualized and pre-authenticated. Show me
Send Test Email lets you preview your email prior to sending. After sending, you will receive a confirmation email, including the recipient list. Email History summarizes all the Group Emails that you have sent. Pro Tip #2: use Send Invitations to save time and invite a whole group of new users.

Only two items are needed to create a new user.
Email serves as the unique identifier for the account. For multiple accounts under one user, use +subaddressing to create additional accounts. For example, the primary account might be jsmith@gmail.com and a secondary account might be jsmith+familytrust@gmail.com. Pro Tip #1: If you don't yet know a new user's email, create a temporary address that starts with 'temp-' or 'temp_'.
Name is the account name for the user or entity. The first word in the account name will be used as the greeting. For example, an account named Jennifer Smith (Smith Family Trust, L.P.) will be greeted with "Hi Jennifer." Pro Tip #2: Use underscore ("_") between leading words to create a compound greeting.
Optional Fields: Parenthetical (text that will appear in parentheses after the Name, often an associated business or trust), Friendly Name (a special Name override for a customized greeting), Mailing Address (home or office physical location), Notes (account details, although please do not record banking information or Tax IDs), Tags (custom identifiers for cap table searching and filtering), and Observer Emails (for users who can view the same information as the account owner).

Note the column headings in the sample Excel worksheet below. Don't worry about perfection. The import routine will try to figure everything out, on-the-fly.

Class Holdings are the ownership balances for each investment vehicle. You can import multiple classes, no worries. Each requires a distinctive symbol at the top. Balances (the numbers in each column) can represent shares, units, dollars, or even percent ownership. Consistency matters.
Friendly Name, Mobile Phone, Mailing Address, Notes, Tags, Status, and Aliases all are optional and can be added later. Friendly Name is used rarely, for an unusually challenging greeting/salutation scenario. Mobile Phone is used only in conjunction with 2FA security for sensitive documents. In the case of multiple Tags (short identifiers) or Aliases (accounts that this user can see), use comma-separated lists.

Note the column headings in the sample Excel worksheet below. The upload routine relies these headings. If the columns are in different left-right order, they will re-arrange automatically. Each row represents one upload. Documents can have various Names and Dates. Description, Class(es) and Type are optional.
Email is the email address associated with the account. Documents only can be uploaded to an account that already exists on the cap table; however, more than one row can point to the same account (email address).
Filename must end with a file extension (like .pdf), with or without the path. If desired, the same document can can appear in more than one row. NOTE: Filename will not be displayed anywhere. Use Name and Description to display identifying information regarding each document.
Name and Description are fields associated with each individual upload. Name (for the document) is required, and typically is relatively short and easy to read. Description is optional, but may help identify the content.
Date is required, and can be in any standard format. It might represent the publish date, or the date of the document (e.g., 12/31/2021 for a year-end balance sheet).
Class and Type also are optional and may help with filtering and sorting. If used, Class must be one or more symbols from Company Profile / Equity tab, and Type must be ONE of the following (precisely): Agreement, Call/Notice, Certificate, Statement, or Tax Form.

This csv file is created automatically. For relabeling of documents, only edit the text in Columns C, D, G, H, and I (DocName, DocDate, Description, Tags, and Type). Do NOT edit any other columns. For saving/printing or relabeling, feel free to delete any desired rows, except Row 1 (header).
Relabeling: Dragging an edited Document Map (Dump) onto the Relabeling DropZone will invoke a routine to change any of the text fields associated with every document (each row in the map). Note that blank fields will be made blank (not left alone). You only can change document Names, Dates, Descriptions, Tags, and Types.
Saving/Printing: Dragging an original or edited Document Map (Dump) onto the Saving/Printing DropZone will invoke a routine to gather a copy of every document (each row in the map) and place these documents into a Zip folder, which then will be saved to your local drive. Then you can print any or all of the documents as desired.
Removing: Dragging an original or filtered Document Map (Dump or Cross Check) onto the Removing DropZone will invoke a routine to remove every document (each row in the map). Be careful, there is no "undo" function.
